Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions about our pool services.
Start here for common questions about weekly plans, pricing, equipment, liners, above-ground pools, and the Wet Water Pools service area.
Does Wet Water Pools build new inground pools?
No. Wet Water Pools services inground pools and replaces inground vinyl liners, but does not build new inground pools.
What determines my final weekly-service price?
Final pricing depends on the pool’s size, condition, equipment, location, access, and the service required. Every listed price is a starting price.
What does the Platinum No Algae Guarantee cover?
The guarantee is limited to the Platinum weekly maintenance program. Program terms, customer responsibilities, proper water circulation, and properly operating equipment may apply. Exact terms are confirmed before service begins.
Do you repair both above-ground and inground pool equipment?
Yes. Wet Water Pools services equipment on both above-ground and inground pools, including pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, plumbing, and valves.
Do you always recommend replacing broken equipment?
No. The goal is to diagnose the actual problem, explain practical options, and repair equipment when that makes sense. Replacement is recommended when it is the safer or more cost-effective decision.
What areas do you serve?
Wet Water Pools is based in Adams, Massachusetts and serves residential pool owners throughout Berkshire County and surrounding areas. Availability can vary by service and route.
Can you help me choose an above-ground pool package?
Yes. Wet Water Pools can help match the pool model, size, liner, filter, pump, steps, lighting, and accessories to your property and priorities. Ask about current model availability and installation arrangements.
Should I send photos with my service request?
Yes, especially for equipment problems, leaks, liners, safety covers, and water-condition issues. Clear photos of the pool, equipment pad, model labels, and the problem can make the first conversation more useful.
